This is a great list, thanks Audrey! For folks interested in TV, Ben Blacker's the Writers Panel podcast is also a treasure trove - still ongoing, and has evolved to thinking about story more broadly, and still excellent.

"Story" (sorry, no italics available) is one of the best. Read it with pen in hand. It's a bit time consuming, but so worth it.

And I love that you included Aristotle. I always talked to my script writing students about "Poetics," which was fun.

I think I found them when I was trying to search if Brandon Sanderson had a podcast. He’s not a host anymore, but I love the current hosts! They are some of the warmest parasocial relationships I have 🥰
